A Chef de Partie is required for a 1aa Rosette hotel that has live in accommodation based in a town – this is not in the middle of nowhere you have a train station, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarket etc all walking distance away.

This hotel is well regarded and currently holds 1aa rosette – the restaurant itself does upto 60 covers, there is also afternoon tea on offer, private dining available but no weddings.
