This well-known high-quality Hotel/Restaurant in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie with a pastry bias to join this successful brigade of 6.
This Chef de Partie pastry position will suit an experienced pastry Chef de partie who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire City Centre Hotel/Restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce an award-winning menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
The hotel also has its own vegetable and herb garden with the chefs also get involved with it on a daily basis. Picking the freshest of produce from your doorstep!
You will be eager to learn and be passionate about high quality cuisine. The main priority of this successful restaurant is to always push standards.
The candidate must come from a quality fresh food background rosette experience essential along with having the right attitude to learn and work as part of this award-winning team
Pastry Chef de Partie skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food (rosette awarded ideally) at Commis chef/ Demi Chef de Partie level
Experience of working on the Pastry Section
2 Rosette standard desired but not essential
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
