Role Responsibilities As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality pastry and dessert offerings across the hotels food outlets. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and presenting a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

Maintaining consistency and high standards in all pastry production

Assisting in menu development and seasonal creations

Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met

Managing your section efficiently during service

Supporting junior team members where required

Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade

Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up

Solid pastry skills with attention to detail and presentation

Experience in a high-volume or luxury hotel environment preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices

Passionate, reliable, and able to work well under pressure

A positive team player with a proactive attitude
