• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Culinary qualifications (or equivalent practical experience).
• Passion for creating outstanding dishes with a strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
