We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at an Approved Premises in Tunbridge Wells. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work with the potential for a long-term position.
Position Details:
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Days: Every weekend or every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)Legal Compliance Requirements:
Food Safety Certificate Level 2
Enhanced DBS
Food Allergens CertificateUniform & Equipment:
White chef jacket
Black trousers
Steel toe safety shoes
Chef hat or skull cap
Butcher's apron
Own sharp knives (must be safely stored in a knife roll/case - not wrapped in cloth)Key Responsibilities:
Work effectively within budgetary constraints
Maximise profitable sales through food service brands
Plan and cost menus in line with company and client specifications
Maintain and continuously improve food quality and hygiene standards
Prepare and deliver all restaurant and hospitality services
Ensure compliance with company and client specifications
Stay up to date with relevant legislation
Meet and exceed client and company expectations
Respond to reasonable requests from management or clients
Support staff recruitment, training, development, and motivation
Ensure proper storage of all products, equipment, and materials
Deliver a consistent level of service in line with company standards and contract requirements
