42 hours per week (Only 3 evenings)

Our retained client is seeking a motivated Chef de partie to work in their members club restaurant on the outskirts of Colchester. You will be required to cover all sections of the kitchen and assist the Head chef where necessary. The menu is modern British, and all ingredients are sourced locally. This venue has functions facilities as well as a beautiful scenic restaurant. Easily accessible from Colchester, Tiptree, Maldon and surrounding villages, a car driver would be preferable due to lack of public transport.
About the Role:
Work across both restaurant service and function/events catering
Run your own section and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Be part of a close-knit team of 3 chefs
Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Junior sous chef or Chef de partie
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
