What to Expect as a Relief Chef: Work in hotels and restaurants with diverse menus
Support conferencing, banqueting, weddings, and events
Opportunities in cafés and staff restaurants in office or factory settings
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years' kitchen experience
NVQ or equivalent in Professional Cookery or Hospitality & Catering
Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and kitchen compliance
Ability to follow venue-specific recipes and standards
A positive attitude and team-player mindset
Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen environments
