Were looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly team at a small, independent country pub in the heart of rural West Berkshire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys the pace of a professional kitchen but appreciates the balance of a supportive environment and quality of life. The Role: Responsible for starters and desserts Able to run the kitchen during the quieter shift once a week Work closely with a small, dedicated team to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or higher) A reliable, motivated chef with good organisational skills Someone happy working in a rural location with a strong sense of team spirit Due to location, live in is preferred unless have own transport.
