Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious luxury hotel in Surrey and we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join their 2 AA Rosette restaurant team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a refined, high-performing kitchen environment.

What's involved?

As Chef de Partie, you will:
Take ownership of your section during prep and service

Supervise and support junior chefs on a daily basis

Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation

Work closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Maintain a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced service environment

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 2 AA Rosette (or comparable fine dining) kitchen and be comfortable leading by example within a professional brigade.
