What will I be doing?
Contributing to menu creation Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times Comply with company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie. Excellent communication skills Positive attitude Ability to work on own or in teams
