Oxfordshire Country restaurant, Michelin, 3AA rosettes, Good Food Guide, Hardens We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team! Your main responsibility will be to work well within a great team and impress with outstanding cooking, following chef's recipes and directions. Your work will be extremely important for customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty. You will be responsible for the running of a section as part of our fantastic kitchen team. Responsibilities include: Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards. Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines. Good use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes. Ability to multitask. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good food safety and hygiene knowledge.
