As Chef de Partie, you will be part of a strong brigade, working within a busy service while maintaining consistency and quality across your section.
The kitchen covers a steady midweek service, building to high-volume weekends, with the ability to deliver at pace being key to success in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys a fast-moving kitchen but still wants to focus on producing quality food in a well-organised environment.
Duties:
Run your own section during service
Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
Work effectively within a busy, high-volume kitchen
Support junior members of the brigade
Ensure high standards of hygiene and organisation
