Change Hospitality , we are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, high-quality events venue in the heart of Central London. Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional food experiences across corporate events, private functions, and exclusive hire events, and they are now seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to achieve a strong work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no regular weekend shifts. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will: Take ownership of your designated section during preparation and service Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high-quality event catering Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation at all times Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Perform efficiently in a high-volume, events-driven environment What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up Background in events, banqueting, or high-volume service is highly desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills A passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients A positive, team-oriented attitude Level 2 Food Hygiene certification (preferred) What Our Client Offers Monday to Friday working pattern 45 hours per week Competitive salary, dependent on experience Paid overtime where applicable The opportunity to work on exciting, high-end events A supportive and professional kitchen environment Clear opportunities for career progression If you are a motivated Chef de Partie seeking a role that combines creativity with a genuine work-life balance in Central London, we would love to hear from you.
