This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to progress their career within a 4 star group As Chef de Partie you will be able to demonstrate a 2AA rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Chef de Partie must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections, train junior members of staff, and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation. You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development. The client will however consider an experienced Demi Chef de Partie that is looking for their 1st CDP position that they can train and mould into this role.
