We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive:
Basic salary of £33,500
Plus TRONC (approx. £4,000 per annum)
package of £37,500 with tronc

The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Ideally be able to drive or live locally
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
