We’re working with an established country house hotel set in the picturesque County Durham countryside. They’re looking for a talented and passionate *Chef de Partie* to join their dedicated kitchen brigade.

* Being a reliable team player, bringing a positive attitude to every service
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
* Passion for fresh, seasonal food and a keen eye for detail
* Ability to drive – due to the rural location, your own transport is essential
