Hourly Rate: £16.35 (starting rate)
Shift: Fully flexible - early shifts, late shifts, weekends & bank holidays

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy and dynamic kitchen environment based in the NN4 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic culinary experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities as Chef de Partie:

Assisting in the preparation of dishes within your assigned section, with guidance from senior kitchen staff.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across your designated kitchen area.
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support daily operations.
Following all food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.
Supporting smooth kitchen service in a fast-paced environment.Requirements as Chef de Partie:

Basic experience within a kitchen environment.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with high-volume service (e.g. 100 covers) is beneficial.
Industrial kitchens or airline catering experience is advantageous but not essential.
Must be able to complete 5 years vetting.
