Who We Are - The Client Support Team (CST) The Client Support Team (CST) is an internal service within Lexington, dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and staffing solutions across multiple London sites . Our talented front-of-house professionals, chefs, and kitchen porters step in to maintain seamless service during events, and busy periods - ensuring every guest experience meets Lexingtons high standards. Your Role - Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie , youll play a key role in supporting and mentoring the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Youll take pride in creating fresh, delicious food while helping maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to company standards. Support and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistency and compliance. Maintain and control food stocks within budget, assisting with ordering and rotation. Uphold Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards, reporting any incidents promptly. Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained. What You Bring: A passion for food and pride in your craft. A positive, hands-on team player mentality.
