Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, ideally in Asian or Mediterranean cuisine, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food safety, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Experience
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a restaurant in small plates or a similar setting is preferred.
2AA Rosette or higher
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.<...
