We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to play a key role in delivering exceptional food for our daytime catering hospitality services and client events

Hours Monday to Friday
Some evenings required
Pay £16.53 per hour plus overtime paid at time and a half

What you will do:
As Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section and help keep our kitchen running smoothly alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef You will ensure every dish meets high standards in both taste and presentation within a professional corporate environment

Your responsibilities include:
Running your own section such as hot counter deli hospitality or prep
Preparing and delivering food to set menus and service times
Maintaining high presentation standards for corporate clients
Supporting meetings hospitality and special events
Upholding food safety allergen control and health and safety standards
Assisting with stock control ordering and minimising waste
Bringing passion creativity and a calm professional approach every day

What we are looking for:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
Background in contract or corporate catering preferred
Solid knowledge of food safety allergens and compliance
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Professional reliable and confident in client facing settings
Strong communication skills
