Chef De Partie

We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a high-volume staff dining operation in a flagship tech environment.

Chefs will rotate across on-site kitchens, including a flagship café serving 1,000-2,000 covers daily, so flexibility is key. You'll run your own section, delivering high-quality food for busy breakfast and lunch services, and managing service independently when required.

This is a Monday-Friday role (7:00am-3:30pm) offering excellent work-life balance.

What you'll be doing Running your own kitchen section Preparing and delivering high-quality hot and cold food for breakfast and lunch services Managing service independently when required Rotating across multiple kitchens depending on business needs Communicating directly with customers in an open-kitchen environment Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation Supporting the wider chef brigade and adapting in a high-volume setting

Who we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience working at Chef de Partie or strong Demi/CDP level Strong all-round kitchen knowledge, covering both hot and cold sections Confident running service independently when required Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced food operation Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset Flexible and open to rotating across multiple kitchen locations on site Backgrounds from contract catering, staff dining, or restaurant kitchens are all welcome
