CHEF DE PARTIE

We have an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team here at The Clove Club. We also have opportunities as Demi Chef and Senior CDP. Youll join the kitchen at The Clove Club, a fine dining restaurant set in the historic rooms of the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall, London. Awarded two Michelin stars and in the World's 50 Best Restaurants. Led by chef-patron Isaac McHale, it has a seasonal tasting menu featuring modern, elegant dishes rooted in technique but stripped back to their essential elements. We place a great emphasis on sourcing the very best produce the British Isles have to offer, and teach you the best ways to prepare and cook them. Youll be part of a small team of talented chefs and will learn invaluable skills in whole animal butchery, shellfish and fish preparation, stocks and sauces, as well as baking and patisserie and chocolate work. Experience in high quality kitchens, preferably with one or two Michelin star experience.
