Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards:
Manage and run your designated section
Prepare and present dishes to high quality standards
Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
Supervise and support junior team members
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Monitor stock, control portions and minimise waste
Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Chef de Partie level role, you'll need:
Consistency and attention to detail in presentation
Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Leadership skills to guide junior staff
Strong organisation and mise en place discipline
