The Restaurant Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse, Mayfair) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar, New York and LA). The menu reinterprets the classic hole in the wall eateries lining the streets of Tehran, whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. Many of the signature mazeh small plates from our Soho restaurant also make the jump to Borough, including the black chickpea hummus, the Panir Sabzi (Persian feta with radish, fresh herbs, and nuts), and the taftoon clay-baked sourdough seeded flatbread. The Position We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures.
