As we approach a new opening in Richmond, were looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section in a brand-new kitchen, contribute to menu development, and help deliver the Ottolenghi experience.
As a Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. Youll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within Ottolenghi.
The Ideal Chef de Partie will:
Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development
Have excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate and motivate others
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on quality and consistency
Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
