Key Responsibilities:
As Chef de Partie , you'll play a key role in the kitchen team:
Oversee one of the kitchen sections during service
Gain experience across all 4 sections to broaden your skills
Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen service
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Chef de Partie , you'll need:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
A positive, friendly attitude and team-focused approach
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
