The Role: Chef De Partie
We are looking for Chef De Parties to join our team on a permanent basis.
You dont need a long CV in hospitality to join us, well provide the training you need to master your craft. We simply ask for people who are reliable, observant, and genuinely enjoy looking after others.
Your day as a Chef De Partie will involve:
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the Kitchen
Managing a section while ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
Training demi-chef de parties, commis chefs and apprentices
Complete orders for your section
Successful candidates should have previous experience ideally gained in a similar environment.
