A Chef de Partie is required for a well-regarded country house hotel located near Keswick, set against the backdrop of some of the Lake Districts most spectacular scenery.

With a steady flow of residents and visitors, the kitchen operates at a consistent pace, delivering well-executed food in a supportive and professional environment.
Benefits: 45-hour contract with paid overtime if exceeded

The brigade is led by an experienced Head Chef, supported by a knowledgeable Sous Chef, creating a stable kitchen where development and teamwork are encouraged.
You will be a reliable and passionate chef with experience in a fresh food kitchen, looking to develop your skills within a busy but well-organised environment.
Youll be confident working across sections and committed to maintaining high standards throughout service.
As Chef de Partie you will: Run your own section during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistent standard
Work closely with the senior team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with prep and service across different sections as required
Maintain excellent hygiene and organisational standards
