Location: Lichfield Pay Rate: £16 per hour Requirement: Enhanced DBS is essential BLUE ARROW are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to support our culinary team in Lichfield. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard * Support junior chefs and contribute to positive team development * Maintain strong control over stock, ordering, and waste reduction * Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures * Contribute fresh ideas to menu development and daily specials * Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and operating smoothly throughout service
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up * Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering great food * Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods * Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach * Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations * Reliable, organised, and committed to high culinary standards
