We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie located a Cotswolds market town. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will assist both the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive:
Basic salary of £32,000
Plus TRONC (approx. £5,000 per annum)

The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
