Chef Education Activity Centre Hindhead (High volume/mass catering is essential) £31,229k per annum plus company benefits The Opportunity A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced cook to work within a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults. The Role You will be a key member of the catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will prepare, cook and serve food for approx. 1200, always adhering to procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management. The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week overtime available Shift patterns will either be 5.30am 1.30pm or 1.30pm 8.30pm Christmas off! The ideal applicant We are looking for an experienced Chef from a high-volume background, with some experience managing or supervising working within a busy environment.
