This Chef Manager will cater for around 70 meals per day in the staff restaurant and also cater for some hospitality as well. Good chance to write exciting menus and work with the client to create bespoke menus.

You will work on a Monday to Friday rota with hours being 7am to 3.3pm meaning no evenings or weekends will be required!

The Chef Manager will be supported by a A Sous Chef and KP int he kitchen and 3 staff front of house. Previous Chef Manager experience is essential for this role and some exposure to fine dining would be beneficial.

This is a lovely little site for a Chef Manager to take on who is looking for a great work / life balance and if you live in South West London it saves travelling into the City.

You will work closely with the client on site and form a close working relationship with them so you will need an outgoing and cheerful personality to drive the business forward.
