Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the kitchen team

Plan, prepare, and cook seasonal menus

Cater for dietary requirements , allergens, and nutritional needs

Manage food safety , hygiene standards, stock, and ordering

Maintain a smooth and efficient care home kitchen operation
