Chef Manager to oversee catering for a high end B&I site
The Chef Manager will oversee production of this fresh food feeding 200/300 per day
The Chef Manager will lead and an develop a team of 4
The Requirements
A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
A Chef Manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
Computer literate and can liaise with clients
