We are a London-based hospitality brand working across events and private clients, with a focus on thoughtful, design-led food experiences.
We are looking for a chef to collaborate on a project to review, refine, and elevate our current menu; with the potential for a longer-term relationship if the alignment is right.
It's a creative and strategic position for someone who enjoys building, questioning, and shaping a menu with intention.
The brief Our offering sits between buffet-style service and plated dining, with a strong emphasis on presentation, flow, and guest experience.
We want to develop a menu that feels:
Rooted in French technique
Influenced by Middle Eastern and Indian flavours
Elegant, generous, and visually impactful
Designed to work seamlessly in an event setting
You will help us refine what we already do, and introduce new ideas that feel both original and realistic to execute.
What we're looking for Someone who:
Has a strong technical foundation (French training and influence is a must)
Is confident working across both savoury and dessert elements
Has a natural instinct for flavour pairing beyond the obvious
Understands how to balance creativity with cost, prep time, and team limitations
Thinks in terms of systems and structure, not just individual dishes
Is comfortable working closely with a founder and contributing ideas openly
The work
Review and assess the current menu
Refine dishes for consistency, efficiency, and impact
Develop a selection of new items aligned with the brand
Bring clarity to prep, flow, and execution in an event context
Help set a foundation that can grow with the business
