Lime Hospitality is looking for a Chef Recruitment Consultant to join our Leamington Spa office and grow our chef desk across temporary and permanent recruitment. If youve worked in kitchens (or have a strong hospitality background) and youre ready for a role where your industry knowledge becomes a real commercial advantage, this is a great next step.

Chef Recruitment Consultant Leamington Spa (Temps & Perm)

The opportunity This is a sales-focused 360 recruitment role, but done in a consultative way. Youll build strong relationships, deliver consistently, and grow your desk through smart, proactive business development not aggressive scripts. Youll be working in a fast-moving environment where kitchens rely on you to get it right: the right chef, in the right place, at the right time.

What youll be doing Recruiting chefs across the region: adverts, sourcing, referrals and building a strong candidate network Managing bookings and day-to-day candidate care, ensuring chefs are briefed, supported and reliable Developing and maintaining client relationships through great service, regular contact and site visits Winning new business in a clever way spotting opportunities early and building trust over time Running permanent recruitment processes end-to-end: job briefs, screening, shortlists, interviews and offers Keeping systems and compliance accurate and up to date (youll be handling personal data, so attention to detail matters) Targets & performance Youll be comfortable working to clear targets and taking ownership of your desks performance. This role suits someone whos commercially minded, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by results and commission.

Working pattern & on-call This is a professional office-based role (no more split shifts), but hospitality runs beyond standard hours. You will be part of an out-of-hours rota, including some evenings and weekends on-call. Currently, this is around 1 weekend in 7, plus evening cover, with TOIL after weekend on-call.

What were looking for Ideally a chef background (CDP/Sous/Head Chef), or a strong hospitality background with real understanding of kitchens Confident communicator who can build rapport with chefs and clients Comfortable with targets and commercial responsibility Organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities Full UK driving licence (for client visits) What youll get Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission Training and support to develop your recruitment and commercial skills Ownership of your desk, with the freedom to build it properly Supportive team culture Company events and days away Interested?
