We're recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a well-established hotel kitchen in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your skills in a busy, professional environment where development is genuinely encouraged.

Based in Winchester, you'll be part of a structured brigade of six, working closely with the Head Chef and gaining exposure to all areas of the kitchen. Whether you're currently operating as a Chef de Partie or stepping up from a strong commis level, this role offers the chance to grow at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

As Chef, you'll gain exposure across the whole kitchen:

Learn and work across all sections of the kitchen
Support the Head Chef and wider brigade during busy service
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Contribute positively to a busy hotel and events operation

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a motivated Chef who wants to develop:

Currently working at Chef de Partie level and keen to strengthen skills
Or a strong commis ready to step into a Chef de Partie position
Eager to learn every section and be moulded within a structured team
Calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
Commutable to Winchester or surrounding areas such as Southampton
