Do you have a passion for food and a flair in the kitchen? Are you a talented, creative chef who would like flexible working hours and jobs to suit you? We urgently require Chefs of all levels for various clients such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs in and around Dorset area - Bournemouth , Poole, Swanage, Blandford Competitive pay rates and flexible hours to suit you. Pay starting from £16.00 per hour and up to £18 per hour on weekends, with as little or as many hours as you are available for.
We require Chefs with:
* Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively * The ability to delegate tasks appropriately * Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work * Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills * Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines * Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification. * Good communication with all members of the team
