This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional who has at least 2 years of experience in Thai cooking and is looking for a dynamic and rewarding environment. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and cook traditional Thai dishes, ensuring each plate meets high standards of quality and taste. Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient procurement, food safety, and cleanliness. Develop new menu items inspired by traditional Thai cuisine, keeping up with culinary trends and customer preferences. Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure a cooperative and productive environment. Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and adhere to safety regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef, specifically with Thai cuisine. Strong understanding of the ingredients and techniques used in Thai cooking.
