CHEMICAL OPERATOR > WIGAN AREA > NO WEEKENDS > £13.5PH

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Operator to join our team in Wigan area.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment according to standard operating procedures

Chemical mixing

Monitor process parameters and adjust controls to maintain quality and efficiency

Complete routine checks, data logging, and quality assurance tasks

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

Report process deviations, equipment faults, or incidents promptly

Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement

Ability to work in high paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or process industry (COMAH experience advantageous)

Strong awareness of health & safety and environmental standards

Ability to follow detailed procedures and work to high quality standards

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment

Please note you will be trained to drive flexi on job and will be put through in-house

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 6am-3pm ( optional 5pm finish)

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour
