Chemistry Teacher – Kingston Secondary School

An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston requires a skilled and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily focused on teaching Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that meet curriculum requirements and exam specifications.

* Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes scientific inquiry.

* Assess student understanding regularly and provide effective feedback.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of the Chemistry curriculum.

* Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department.

* Teaching at an Outstanding level

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* A degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.

* Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level, including A-Level.

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for chemistry.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* A passion to teach Chemistry
