Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset (BS23) Salary: £36,036 per annum (£18.48 per hour) Sleep-in rate: £70 per shift (additional to salary) On-call allowance: £50 per shift (£75 if Level 5 qualified) About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a children's residential home in Weston-Super-Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior or existing Deputy Manager to step into a leadership role within a supportive and nurturing environment, working with young people aged 8-18 with complex needs and behaviours . You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home delivers high-quality, safe and Ofsted-compliant care , while supporting and developing the staff team.
