Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Finance & Operations
Parallel Pictures is a creative tech company based in London and Berlin, redefining fashion and lifestyle content through generative AI. We create high-end visuals for brands and creators – from campaign imagery to scalable e-commerce content – using proprietary AI model systems.
Location: London, Berlin or Remote (UK preferred)

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic operator to join our founding team and drive structure, scalability, and performance across the company. As COO, you’ll own our internal systems, financial logic, and operational roadmap - working closely with the CEO to shape the next phase of Parallel Pictures.

Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO on all growth-critical decisions
Own forecasting, performance metrics, and revenue modeling
Develop and own all pricing models across agency services, AI Twin licensing and future SaaS platform
Define monetization strategies for both creators and brand clients
Continuously test, refine, and adapt pricing based on performance data and market feedback
Optimize workflows across creative, product, tech, and client ops
Lead financial planning incl. Represent operations & financial logic in investor conversations
10+ years in high-growth startups or strategy/finance roles (SaaS, AI, fashion tech preferred)
~ Proven experience in business planning, KPI development, and cross-functional ops
~ Strong financial fluency: you can build models and explain them with clarity
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
