Supporting children, young people and families affected by sexual abuse, The Green House delivers specialist therapy, whole family support, creative and nature-based programmes, and sector-shaping national influence.
This is a rare leadership role blending strategy, compassion and real-world impact.
You Will:
Lead delivery of the bold five-year strategy,End the Silence Champion survivor voice in all areas of design, delivery and influence Build strong partnerships across statutory, voluntary and community sectors Represent The Green House as a credible, compassionate ambassador Strengthen trauma-informed, research-led, creative and whole-family practice Ensure financial sustainability and diverse income growth Lead a warm, reflective and values-driven team with kindness and clarity Maintain robust safeguarding, governance and compliance
