Chief Executive Officer The Board is now seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to provide clear, unified and strategic leadership across this complex and diverse organisation. The CEO will drive long‑term sustainability, commercial growth and organisational effectiveness while honouring the Trust’s commitment to conservation, community and cultural excellence. The Trustees are looking for a leader who brings strong strategic and financial acumen, experience of leading multi‑faceted operations, and the ability to inspire teams, build partnerships and grow income in a way that enhances Mount Stuart’s impact and reputation.
