CFO Practice | C-Suite & Boards | Technology, Tech Enabled & Business Services

CFO Opportunity – PE-Backed Media Group | London (Hybrid)

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Partner with the CEO and PE investors on strategic growth initiatives
• Drive M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, and valuation
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function fit for scale
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting
  

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth, PE-backed businesses
• Experience in media, advertising, or digital sectors preferred
• Experience in medium sized businesses with revenues from £100m to £300m (EBITDA £10m to £25m)
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Track record of scaling businesses and leading M&A
• Excellent stakeholder management — from boardroom to investors
• Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
