As Chief of Staff to the General Counsel, responsibilities will include: Developing and helping deliver the legal function’s vision, strategy, and operating plans Shaping the agenda and content for key legal leadership forums and events Crafting compelling executive and board-level materiels Liaising across business units to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration Partnering with finance, risk, and corporate affairs teams to support high-level internal communications Leading high-impact, cross-functional projects aligned with legal and enterprise priorities Providing data-driven legal, financial, and market analysis to support decision-making Acting as the GC’s primary project lead for enterprise-wide initiatives To be considered for the role you should: Be a UK-qualified Solicitor Be comfortable operating at senior levels and influencing C-suite executives Have strong analytical and financial skills Be a natural problem solver in dynamic environments The successful candidate will bring a blend of legal credibility, commercial acumen, and executive-level influence to thrive in this unique role.
