Highlight trade-offs and options to deliver greater impact.Identify and structure problems, analyse options, and drive clear recommendations to capitalise on opportunities.Partner with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to support prioritisation, preparation for key forums, and follow-through on decisions and actions.Run the Marketing operating rhythm, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews, and goal tracking; coordinate forums such as MLT, Regional GTM Meetings, Weekly MLT x Integrated Marketing, Marketing All Hands, and Half Yearly Business Reviews.Drive execution across fast-moving, cross-functional initiatives by coordinating inputs, managing dependencies, and unblocking issues under tight deadlines.Act as a connector across functions, aligning with Product, Commercial, Finance, Data, and People teams to ensure progress.Strengthen data-led decision-making by supporting insights, performance metrics, and results informing priorities and trade-offs.Improve operational excellence by bringing structure to processes, documentation, ways of working, and reporting.Enable clear communication and alignment by synthesising information and preparing leadership updates and materials as needed.Drive technology adoption and skills within the marketing team; champion AI and Agentic Commerce across the team, identifying projects and ensuring improved technology skills across the organisation.Support the budgeting process. Own the annual marketing budget by function and by region; drive debate and alignment in budget setting, measurements, and governance. Coordinate with Finance Business Planning on regional and global practices.Support marketing talent development throughout the lifecycle from attraction to development and mobility; set talent level frameworks with the HR Business Partner, drive goal setting, calibration, and bi-annual performance management with leaders.Support the CMO at external presentations and stakeholder meetings, including investors and shareholders (e.g., Insight Partners).Provide a final point of contact for cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment across teams.Requirements / What We’re Looking ForEnergised by pace, complexity, and problem-solving, with the ability to stay focused as priorities shift.Strong strategic thinker who enjoys execution and making things happen.Clear passion for marketing and curiosity about how brand, product, data, and performance drive growth.Comfortable working with data, planning cycles, and performance metrics to support decision-making.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.Excellent communicator, confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and decisions.Natural connector who builds relationships and helps teams work better together.Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive topics and information.Growth mindset with motivation to learn and grow alongside a senior leadership team.Bring All Of You To WorkWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive – through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
