We started by solving one of the biggest gaps in the mortgage market - the one in five customers unable to secure a mortgage through traditional channels. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, decisioning, and automation platform.

Today, our technology powers end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through strategic partners like Experian, reaching millions of consumers.

This is not an assistant role. This is a high-impact leadership position designed for an elite operator who can act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.

You will sit at the center of the business—driving execution, accelerating decisions, and leading critical projects that shape our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Execution & Leadership Rhythm

• Own the quarterly and annual OKR cycle across the leadership team.

• Translate strategy into clear execution and accountability.

• Lead board materials and investor updates, turning complex data into clear strategic narratives.

• Operate as a trusted proxy for the CEO in key meetings, driving follow-through across leadership.

Data Fluency & Product Expansion

• Dive deep into Haya (our proprietary platform) and use data to inform strategic decisions.

• Build commercial cases and insights to support partnerships and product direction.

• Lead zero-to-one launches into new verticals—from research through to pilot execution.

Partnerships & Commercial Leadership

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic partnerships (e.g., Experian).

• Improve executive operating cadence, identifying bottlenecks and execution risks before they become problems.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong academic foundation (BA/BSc minimum; top-tier Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Strategy background: Top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).

• Fintech/Tech scale-up experience: Senior Product, Operations, or Strategy role within a high-growth environment.

• Versatility: Comfortable operating across strategy, product, commercial, and data.
