Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Property & Social Housing

North London

£75,000-£100,000 Basic plus bonuses £150,000 + OTE


Our client, a fast-growing property and social housing company, is seeking an experienced COO to help transform the business from a start-up style operation into a professional, scalable organisation. They work with local authorities and government bodies to provide accommodation for vulnerable individuals and families and have grown rapidly in just two years.


The COO will work closely with the directors to restructure the business, introduce strong operational systems, and build a scalable framework. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic planning with practical implementation, including team development, financial oversight, operational processes, and system implementation.


Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a COO or Operations Director
  • Track record of scaling businesses from £5M to £30M+ turnover
  • Experience in property, housing, or public sector organisations highly desirable
  • Strong operational, financial, and strategic leadership skills
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead organisational change
